Mental Health Help When You Need It

Whether you want to speak to someone about an issue like a recent breakup or a concern about a mental health diagnosis, or want to learn how to better manage work stress or navigate complex relationships with friends and family, we’re here to help you get the resources you need. If there’s threat of harm, always call 911.

If you or a loved one is in a non-life-threatening crisis, call 888-447-2526 (TTY: 711) and press “1.”
